Here is why we think it does not matter as much as it sounds like it should. Everything we hold is a licence key, a plan and expiry, and the device ID of an activated device. There is no browsing history in that set, because the domain check happens on your child’s device and never leaves it. A record that was never created cannot be stored in the wrong country, subpoenaed, leaked, or sold with the company.
